You will have two options for purchasing your pass: 1.) Fill out this form and bring to the school office with payment or 2.) Mail the form and payment to: Hardin Northern School, Attn: Eric Lessig – AD, 11589 State Route 81, Dola OH 45835. Passes will not be available for pickup until the 1st day of school on Wednesday, August 25th.

The Hardin Northern Athletic Boosters is a non-profit organization comprised of parents
and local volunteers who promote and support Hardin Northern athletics. The Boosters’
raise funds through memberships, concession stands and other fund-raising activities
throughout the year for use in the development and renovation of athletic facilities, the
purchase of uniforms and equipment, and the presentation of scholarships.

The Hardin Northern Athletic Boosters are proud of our individual and team honors and
we encourage you to join in the excitement of a winning tradition.

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30 PM at the school. All
members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
